Return & Cancellation Policy

Important: 48-Hour Window

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof.

Return Policy

Provide clear images or videos of the damaged/defective product when raising a request.
Once approved, return the product to our Chennai address within 7 business days.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
Our QC team will inspect the product; if it fails inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Include your order number, name, and contact details inside the package.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. If canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, a full refund is issued.

Refund Process

Processed within 7-10 business days after the product passes Quality Check.

Amounts will reflect in your source account (UPI/Card/Net Banking) within 7-14 business days.
